Hi, I'm Sarah.

I'm a User Experience Designer with a passion for creating thoughtful, human-centred digital experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical requirements. I enjoy tackling complex problems, uncovering insights through research and collaboration, and transforming ideas into intuitive and meaningful solutions.

Over the past several years, I've worked across a range of digital products and services, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to design experiences that are accessible, engaging, and effective. Most recently, I spent four years living and working in Australia, where I contributed to the design of software for advanced manufacturing environments and other complex digital systems.

Originally from New Zealand and now based in Switzerland, I bring an international perspective shaped by living and working across three countries. My experience spans user research, interaction design, prototyping, workshop facilitation, design systems, and stakeholder collaboration, with a strong focus on understanding the people behind the products we create.

I believe good design is about more than solving problems, it's about creating experiences that feel intuitive, inclusive, and genuinely useful. Whether I'm working on a large-scale enterprise platform, a community-focused initiative, or a new digital product, I am motivated by the opportunity to make technology work better for the people who use it.
